Tin Jo, which means "the best", justifies its reputation by its cuisine, which has received several awards from the Costa Rican gastronomic press. It is a large restaurant with 5 lounges, each dedicated to a different cuisine (Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, Thai and Japanese). Specialties from each cuisine and a particular specialty: the Tin-Jo, a dish of meat and shellfish in a yuca basket (also edible). Many vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. On Wednesday evenings, it's jazz and candlelight in the bamboo room for couples.
