National library, with study area and reference desk, preserving Costa Rican documentary heritage
Created in 1888, the National Library of Costa Rica is the guardian of the country's cultural heritage. Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Parque Nacional, it conserves and preserves Costa Rican documentary heritage. It has a study area and a reference desk. As it is not a public lending library, you will only be able to come to the library to consult the works available to the general public.
