This restaurant offers specialties from Valencia (Spain) and more generally from the Mediterranean, including delicious paellas and desserts. Vincent opened his own place with his wife Kati to share the culinary heritage he received as a child in Valencia, where he cooked with his family since the age of four. The menu includes tapas, gazpachos, fish "a la plancha" and a delicious Serrano ham. Special and festive evenings are organized with tapas to share at a lower cost.
