Very helpful staff really make for a good experience, organised transfers very well and in touch often with WhatsApp to update you. Room is clean, only downside is work going on outside hotel but outside of their control and once down is an ideal base after flying into Costa Rica

Un truño total.
El personal es amable pero la habitación era terrorífica, muchísimo ruido, si consigues descansar es un milagro. La habitacion sucia, el baño daba un poco de asco hasta entrar, el suelo mojado constantemente…en fin, si puedes evitar este hotel tu experiencia en alajuela mejorará,
