XANDARI PLANTATION RESORT & SPA

This was an experience I will never forget. The grounds are lovely and the paths are cleared and easy to walk through. But that is where it ends unfortunately the room felt unclean with old uncomfortable mattresses with no mattress covers. The pillows were old lumpy pillows and no air conditioning. We could hear the people beside us like they were in the room, the pool was right outside my door and the windows allow the outside to look in no blinds. We were kept up all night by loud barking dogs and never sleep one bit. The food did not taste great. The dessert and coffee was good but we have been sick for over a week since eating their food. After dinner, we did not feel well good right away. We also asked to be moved table due to ants and the server said no “they won’t hurt you”. The hotel gave us back a portion of the money for the room but not all of it which was a bit frustrating. I wanted to recommend this resort for its beauty, but I would not recommend it in the end. It is also in the flight path of a major airport so you heard the planes but scary to say that was something that didn’t bother is as all the other issues were way worse. I hope they attempt to make changes because they had potential to be good.

We had a couples massage with Deymi and Maria Jesus and they were excellent. Highly recommend taking advantage of the spa while you are here. Rooms were very comfortable. FYI our room had no a/c but it was not needed while we were there.

Hermoso lugar para explorar la naturaleza, cuidado en detalles de arquitectura, escultura qué lo embellecen más aún, el personal atento en todo momento. Espero regresar pronto!!! Agradecida

El hotel está sobre valorado, esta muy lejos y no tiene nada tan especial como para manejar hasta aquí.
