ZOOAVE
Monkeys, crocodiles, turtles and birds (60 species) are present. Some animals are bred for reintroduction into their natural environment. It is the most interesting of the "ornithoparks". To do especially when you're stuck in San Jose. Apparently, this typical local zoo is not threatened with closure and even continues to expand: at the end of 2018, a farm dedicated to children opened its doors to raise awareness among the youngest of the differences between wild animals and those that have been domesticated. This new attraction also welcomes animals from all over the world: silver pheasant from China, parakeet from Tanzania, ostrich from Africa and emus from Australia. Although we moderately support animal tourism, your children will undoubtedly be fascinated!
