In the middle of ancestral plantations, the lodge offers an authentic and immersive stay. The architecture and decoration integrate emblematic elements of coffee production. Views of the Poas, Barva and Irazú volcanoes, a pleasant coolness, a cloud forest and a hanging balcony are just some of the surprises that the suites have in store for you. There are many activities to relax in, such as walking on the trails, yoga and coffee tours. The Quelites restaurant is open to the public for dinner during the week.

Great place for some zen time. Or if you want to do low key Glamping. Lovely views of the sunrise and sunsets. Restaurant Quelite is underrated. Just know that it is rustic going in. Definitely plan on returning.

Fantastic place for peace and quiet, a fantastic view from your room/bungalow, and great food and coffee. We did the local coffee tour and highly recommend it.

I booked as « Full refund » possible. NOT TRUE! They keep always 5%, be aware!!! It’s not justified but they are comfortable with that. Worst customer service ever seems. I doubt they are nicer when you actually stay there!!!!

Tolles Erlebniss.Tolles Personal.Traumhafte weitsicht und tolle tiere im wald. Auch ein toller ????
Rooms was pleasant with an excellent view over the valley. Relatively remote location meant that if you needed to shop for anything you'd need a taxi.
Restaurant offerings read well but were not of great quality. The "healthy breakfast" included in the room price was a plate of fruit, muesli, yoghurt and tea or coffee. If you wanted anything else, eggs for example, it was an additional cost.
In the lodge's grounds there is a forest walk that was pointed out to us. We did go for it and it was somewhat underwhelming, it took about 15 minutes from start to finish.
The staff were pleasant enough and helpful. The staff and the hotel's pet dog lifted this from a 2-star to a 3-star review.
