The Wild Ginger is the Q.G. volunteers of the Sea Turtle Conservancy and tourists staying in the village and looking for a little freshness in the shade of the beach trail. It is the result of the meeting of Jennifer, a California, and Jorge, a Costa Rican, in life as in cooking. On the menu, fresh products, prepared locally (even sauces and bread!), with local ingredients. In the evening the restaurant is crowded, so it is better to reserve. You'll be recommended for a cute coffee or ginger shrimp!
