Horrible. Vieux, brouillant et sale. Les piscines sont minuscules, vieilles et sales. Ce Mercure ne vaut même pas un Ibis budget.

excellent hotel
excellent hotel tres bien situer dans le village avec un parking a proximité.
chambre confortable juste la salle de bains un peut petite.par contre excellente piscine interieur est exterieur nous y avons passer pas mal de temps pour nous detendre.
je vous recommande de prendre le petit déjeuner a l'hotel car il y ai excellent egalement

Hôtel agréable équipée d’une piscine et d’un spa : hammam, jacuzzi. Nous avons pu profiter d‘une demie-heure de jacuzzi en duo et d’un modelage corps. Ideal pour se détendre. Nous avons également bénéficié d'une chambre rénovée avec vue sur le jardin ce qui fût appréciable. La chambre bien que pas très grande est équipée de la tv, du wifi et d’une salle d'eau. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

3 jours en demi pension pour notre anniversaire de mariage. super accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner continental, les repas gastronomiques, en bref parfait; point de départ pour sillonner la région du sancy.

Fine 19th decor very impressive, with just enough blends modern comfort 21st... I recommend the dining room... indeed its high ceiling! ... Located on the 1st floor - that of our room (rare)
I had asked room easy access, because although not for my wife and me, we now suffer from both problems of motricity, me as a fall and it of sorrows of arthose.
one attributed the chalmbre 111 us - simple PMR indeed of access from the reception (ramp and lift): Small detail in + an open terrace, but which we could not get in this at the end of November cold.
A small flat at the level breakfast (it can cause low season) a little slow service to renew the food of the buffet in the event of sudden crowds (from 4 to 20 people in a few minutes). The lack of visibility/communication between the office and the room is perhaps an explanation...
In summer, the possibility to have lunch on the terrace of the foot must be one +

Very beautiful hotel in enchanting setting, warm service, restaurant of very good quality. Nothing to say.
half-board formula very good value for money, room (106) is a little small for a 3 star and personal chaleurreux welcome available, meal with choice with very good menu (especially the back of perch with a cooking on top the), desire for dating back
