L'ÉCHOPPE ROMANE
Located right next to the Romanesque basilica, this shop is run by Guillaume Greliche. Before, it was his grandfather's butcher shop. It is now a café-bar, a cheese shop, a grocery store, a souvenir store and an exhibition room. On the grocery side, the store displays local cheeses and cold cuts, preserves, jams, local beer, liquors and wines from the region. One comes to have a drink during the day, and why not accompany it with a board of cold cuts and cheese. With pleasure, because the welcome is really nice.
