The two inseparable peaks rise to 1,161 m and 1,152 m.
The departure is from the parking along the D576, not far from the hamlet of Beauregard. Follow the yellow markings and join the GR441. Then follow a steep climb in a beech forest on the north side of the puy de Jumes, before reaching the puy de la Coquille. The two summits, inseparable, rise to 1 161 m and 1 152 m. Their craters, wooded with hazel trees and Scots pines, are not very deep, but well marked. They offer a panorama on the Chaîne des Puys until the Sancy.
