Gaëtan Bouyer of Salvation Jane, a Clermont-Ferrand pub, and Guillaume Aucouturier have chosen to transform a former iconic restaurant into a brewpub. In the vaulted hall, discover the bar and restaurant area, perfect for enjoying their various craft beers. Upstairs is the microbrewery, where each recipe is imagined and the beers come to life. With a dozen draught beers on offer, there's sure to be one to please! On the food side, the menu offers flammekueches, hot dogs, burgers and truffade to accompany your beer.
