TILAPIAS EL PAVÓN

Here is an idea for a fun family activity. At El Pavón restaurant, you can catch your own fish (tilapia) with the equipment provided, then the cook prepares it and all you have to do is enjoy it in the restaurant on stilts. The owners of this family-run establishment raise tilapia; some ponds are for breeding, others for fishing. The fish is served with rice, salad, yucca and patacones. There are also chicken and vegetarian dishes. For the digestive walk, a waterfall can be visited just in front!
