Self-taught in everything he touches, chef Freddy Espinoza opened what was then a small neighborhood restaurant in 2008 with 25,000 colónes in his pocket. Times have changed, and today it is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the country. Native of Puntarenas, he makes us discover local dishes but also Peruvian dishes, mastered wonderfully, in honor of two of his maestros. From Chupe de camarones to real Angus beef, everything is excellent. A great success story and a real favorite for the chef's cuisine!
