A few steps from the very modern St. Mary's Cathedral, you can dine on the terrace or in the traditional 150-year-old house with its warm atmosphere. Formerly called Toro Negro, the restaurant has now taken the name of its owner, but has remained a steakhouse. Of course, you can enjoy good pieces of meat with mastered cooking, but the menu also offers ceviches, patacones, fish and seafood dishes, and even Caribbean cuisine! There is something for everyone.
