Great hotel! There is a parking close to the rooms. The rooms are clean. There are hot springs in the hotel so you can enjoy different pools. There is also a slide which was fast and interesting. The breakfast is a buffet and the food was tasty. The breakfast starts early from 6:30, so you are able to catch most of the tours after breakfast. The staff is helpful and kind. There are also some hiking trails and a viewpoint for the volcano.

My family visited Los Lagos with a group of friends. The Springs were nice but the rooms didn’t have any seating other than the beds. The food was ok and the alcoholic drinks were lacking. The grounds were well taken care of and we enjoyed seeing the volcano, but probably would not stay here again.

I did the zip lining tour with full access to the hot springs which was a phenomenal value! My guide was Koki who explained everything in detailed, ensuring I knew when to stop or speed up. On one of the last lines there was a Tarzan swing as a surprise and let me tell you, I am so glad I did it! I feel very safe when I did my jump and knew what to expect! The hot spring pools were lovely, specially the ones were you can lay down in your own bed. The food was great and drinks as well :)

Excellent stay in around La Fortuna! So far for us the best accommodation in Costa Rica.
Room large and very clean. Breakfast very diverse. And staff at the reception very helpful. Big thanks to Carlos for his help!

Das Zimmer war groß, dank dem Preis haben wir es uns aber zu 4t genommen. Das Bad war ok. Restaurant bzw. Heiße Quellen waren auf dem weitläufigen Gelände super weit weg. Die Quellen waren sehr vielfältig,es gab viele Becken,die auch Spaß gemacht haben.

Just did the day package of ziplining and use of mineral pools. It was excellent value. Extremely well run, the guides were fun, and we even got up close to a sloth on one of the lines !! Spent the afternoon soaking in all the pools, super nice views of the mountain. Free use of lockers and excellent bathroom and changing facilities.

We visited for the day - we made it in time for breakfast (so good, buffet style, everything you could want), walked on the property (beautiful and a bit of “wildlife,” went zip lining (Don, Alonzo, and Diego were so fun and it was exhilarating and safe), and finished the afternoon at the pools (luxurious, lots of space, tons of temp options, clean and safe grounds). I can’t say enough good things.

The Hotel is okay. Spa area is nice rooms are good breakfast is plenty. But be aware nothing in this hotel is in walking distance you have to use the shuttle or your own car. If you do not want to leave the hotel when you book your holiday look no further. Viewing platform, horseback riding, trails, animals, water slides, Bar. All on hotel premise. But for my taste everything feels fake and wrong. So we left for something more cozy and closer to nature the next day.

We visited the thermal hot springs / spa. It was really good value for money, $18 per person, free lockers, free parking, really nice changing rooms and showers, fantastic hot and cold pools and spa pools and you could stay as long as you like! It was incredibly relaxing and really good value for money.

We, family of 4, just stayed there for 3 nights. We were very happy with the resort. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable & the included breakfast was above par. What we enjoyed the most was the location & amenities. The hot springs within the resort make it all worth it & there's lots of local restaurants within a five minute drive.

Beautiful and big property. Thermal and pools areas featured several option, from almost provides Jacuzzi pools, thermal wet bar to a couple of slides, one quite fast. Open restaurant with great food. Rooms are big, clean and confortable, great AC and mini fridge. Some activities on property like zip line, horse riding. Don’t miss the Volcano view point. 2.5 Km uphill, but you can drive or use the hotel shuttle. We will definitely come back.

The staffing was friendly and efficient coupled with the sound of water falling and the jungle and flowers bountiful in beauty. The sounds of the jungle lulled us into repose upon the relaxing love seats and the bar with stools in the welcoming water. They had the best margaritas. The food, excellent along with excellent service. Highly recommend this volcano area. You will not be disappointed.

The only issue we had was the shuttle bus careening at top speed in front of our room. It was noisy and a unsafe feeling to walk down the hill. What happened if he did not see one of the many children or us walking by a curve in road??
