The guided tour lasts 1h30: we discover a small coffee farm and then we go back in time thanks to the presentation of the trapiche, the traditional machine used to crush sugar cane which was operated by oxen. The guide explains in an authentic workshop how sugar is made in the old way. At the end of the visit, you will taste a very good coffee. You will have had beforehand an overview of the plantations of coffee, plantain bananas, oranges, etc. An interesting visit, often animated by passionate guides.
