This is quite simply one of the best restaurants in the city. Located in the heart of the Arco Iris Hotel, Israeli-born chef Shlomy, formerly of Pachanga, offers a tasty Mediterranean-inspired cuisine worthy of the best restaurants in the country. Green risotto for vegan diets, filet mignon with red wine sauce or sea pasta with lemon vinaigrette sauce. Not forgetting the very good crème brûlée. Quality and high standards are the order of the day. A sure value in terms of gastronomy in Tamarindo.
