AUBERGE GYÖNGYÖSI BETYÁR CSÁRDA
In the north of Hévíz, on the road to Sümeg, this hostel of 1729, with its traditional restaurant, offers a gastronomic stop. The interior is low of ceiling, with whitewashed walls and decorated only with two deer massacres. The small windows have white and red curtains in Hungarian traditional weaving. At the bottom of the room, a former cigar-are, in green ceramics, warms the atmosphere in winter. As for the kitchen, in resistance, the roasted fat liver, accompanied by a small white olaszrizling of the castle Rézi, is a delight! Gypsy music every evening (provided you give the play to the musicians). Outside, in a courtyard, there are also some tables. Beyond the road, there is a field where grazing horses, descendants of those of the bandits who once insect the region. Hors III, Vak III, is buried near the hostel.
