Gergely Istvándy is part of these young wine growers who have a real passion for their land and their wines. He hardly speaks English or French (a little better German) but in his "workshop" in Badacsony (a perfectly decorated and luminous cellar) you can compose your own wine from the three most common varieties in the region (and for the children, it will be grape juice!).
