Beautiful, trendy frame in grey and red for this small restaurant where you can combine the atmosphere of Winstub and the atmosphere of bistro Lyon. Whether it's a regional card or small simmered dishes, you'll get spoilt by all the strokes. This is what you put water in your mouth: English-style calf liver, moelleux of beef in foie gras, grenadin of veal, pan of fresh oyster and spring mushrooms, Cassolette of Saint James, saumon salmon, flambées glace, champagne marc ice, swimming of rhubarb and strawberries, Breton sand and ice cream. The plates are always well presented and this contributes to the pleasure of the table.
