The purists say this (and we are of their opinion): The Bergmann family is preparing the best francia francia (laminated to cream) of Hungary and for generations. Pogácsa, pies and cakes, ice creams… and other home-made delicacies will cause more than one. The establishment of Zsigmond utca is reminiscent of Viennese coffee.
