Tamás Kovács (born in 1986!) is a winemaker who climbs to Csopak. It has recently established a splendid cellar (for tasting) as well as a spacious veranda restaurant (Márga), opening onto a terrace from which you can see almost all of Lake Balaton. Wines (from three distinct varieties: olaszrizling, furmint and blue) are up to the place: refined and served with great professionalism. At the restaurant (weekly) map: regional specialities, such as fish dishes from the lake, accompanied by acoustic music in season. A not lacking under any pretext!
