ISEUM
Concrete reconstitution of a temple dedicated to the Egyptian goddess Isis. The goddess of the goddess Isis (Iseum), in Szombathely, is the largest monument dedicated to an Egyptian deity discovered in Hungary. The excavations in which it was launched in 1955, the museum underwent renovation in 2010. Today, the garden of the Ruins (romkert) allows to see columns that formed le, as well as parts of the frise, some of which remained practically intact. At the front of the temple was an altar of 5 m on 5,50 m. The structure of the roof of the courtyard which, in the 8 th century, was transformed into a huge hall, was supported by columns of m high, of which there are only scattered pieces.
