BÓBITA BABSZÍNHÁZ

The puppet theatre previously installed in a beautiful style building in the 1920 s has just moved to the Maître house, in the heart of the new cultural centre. The building, restored and renovated to accommodate its new function, has expanded and is now a small puppet museum as well as a café offering syrups and hot chocolates based on cow's milk or soy milk. This is where the best Hungarian puppeteers occur. Performances take place almost every day (except summer). Every three years, there is an adult puppet festival festival. This festival in place since 1969 welcomes the best European productions.
