CHAPEL OF OUR LADY OF MOUNT HAVI (HAVI HEGYI KÁPOLNA)
This little chapel, absolutely craquante, was built as a result of the plague epidemic of 1691. Would not fail the sea to truly believe on the shores of the Mediterranean… In accordance with the wishes of the survivors, the inhabitants of the city themselves wore, up to the summit, construction materials, as along a cross road, to avert new epidemics. From here we have a very nice view of the city centre of Pécs. A walk connects it to the park Tettye, housed in the former episcopal palace destroyed under the Turkish period, today a privileged relaxation of the inhabitants of Pécs.
