ROYAL CASTLE OF SAINT-SATURNIN
Castle with main building, furnished rooms and room that welcomed Queen Catherine de Medici, French garden.
The château features a 13th-century main building flanked by towers. Sold during the French Revolution, it was until recently home to the Sisters of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul. It has undergone extensive restoration. From the dungeon to the main courtyard, and up to the superb roof timbers, you can visit the large furnished rooms, the room where Queen Catherine de Médicis once stayed, and the formal garden. The château is available for bed & breakfast. It is also open for receptions and seminars.
