An unexpected restaurant in the heart of the charming village of Saint-Sauves-d 'Auvergne. With several rooms and a living room communicating, the hotel offers a host of groups and seminars. In the plate there is a very convincing local cuisine. The specialties of the house like the poached calf head were particularly appreciated. A pleasant and fast service, for excellent value for money, making this restaurant an excellent place to enjoy a good time with a panoramic view of Le Massif du Sancy. Chef Patrick Fontaine and his team also offer special menus for holidays and catering.

Nous avons mangé hier soir. C'était super. On a passer une très bonne soirée. La serveuse était super sympa avec bcp d'humour. Le repas extrat. Très fin et goûteux.

J ai eu la chance de connaître cette hôtel grâce à Manu le dépanneur je met 5 étoiles car cette hôtel est super personnel sympathique cuisine raffinée serveuse très professionnel chambre confortable est très propre je recommande sans hésiter bravo bravo quoi dire d autre oui une chause ne servais plus le Ricard à un marseillais avec un doseur ????????
