A trout colony was imported into the Garadna Valley in 1932, taking advantage of a source rich in oxygen. In the years of communism, only the friends of the homeland benefited, but following the change of government we opened the site to everyone. Here is the trout that reigns - you can take it fried or smoked, both are a real treat! No need for a garden, the outdoor bistro in the Forêt forest is made up of all the colors of nature.
