A museum in Szolnok retracing the history of Hungarian aviation. Several relics are on display.
The exhibition hall of the Szolnok War Museum tells, in a space of 4,500 m², the history of aviation in Hungary: the first flying machines, unmanned aircraft... Outside, there is a large number of old fighter aircraft inherited from the Hungarian army during and after communism, such as the MiG-29, the Yak-52, the Su-22M3. In addition, the museum contains historical relics of Hungarian aviation: turbine, artillery, surface-to-air missile.
