Near Saint-Yorre, the forty-five-seat restaurant is right next to the Sylvestre spring. Cédric Pouzadoux offers traditional, seasonal cuisine, with each dish in harmony with the others. For those in a hurry at lunchtime, there's a wide choice of formulas: dish of the day and dessert, salad and dessert formulas, rib-eye steak, burger, sea bass fillet or salmon fillet... The restaurant is perfect for banquets of up to fifty people. Menus are based on local produce. The value for money is very good and the welcome very pleasant.
