This multifunctional building houses a café-bar with a terrace at the bottom and a magnificent view of the city from its observatory 34 m high. Also organizes concerts all year in his gallery. Another outdoor bar, the Fröccsterasz, is adjacent to the building. The place to be in Debrecen!
