Some say that the Astragale is one of the best French restaurants in Tunis intramural. The cuisine is good indeed, the service is good, but beware of the bill at the end of the meal. In the residential area of Belvedere, it is a very chic and modern room in a beautiful house with an exuberant garden. Professional and smiling welcome, for a clientele composed of wealthy tourists and businessmen. Grilled wolf in salt crust, rabbit in mustard, among other specialties. Please note: the establishment operates by reservation only.
