ESSARAYA
A real palace that is four centuries old and which receives all the distinguished guests, businessmen and politicians who want to show off the splendours of the capital. The setting is such that one spends almost more time observing the place than enjoying one's plate. The cuisine is based on tradition and refinement. In the evening, the atmosphere is unbelievable: a man in a jebba, with a lantern in his hand, picks up visitors in front of the Ministry of Defence to guide them to the restaurant. It's a feeling of being immersed in a period detective novel.
