Run by the wife of Mondher, the medina's most famous perfumer, this is a very pleasant café. Here, coffee is prepared on the sand, Turkish-style, and the almond and pine nut tea is truly delicious. The café is particularly lively during Ramadan evenings. It's a pleasant place to take a break during the day, very slightly away from the touristy areas, without being "dead". Don't hesitate to stop in and chat with passing Tunisians. The kind of café we love!
