Le restaurant le Phenix à Carthage en Tunisie
Le Phénix de Carthage semble être un établissement assez grand. Ce restaurant comprend une terrasse couverte en deux parties, ainsi qu'un bar. Il dispose d'une grande salle de restaurant dont le plafond est drapé en guise d'ornement. Un panneau décoratif représentant un site, probablement de la région, décore l'un des murs. Les personnels sont rapides dans leur service. Les plats servis sont corrects mais assez peu représentatifs de la cuisine tunisienne ; peut-être est-ce dû au fait que nous faisions partie d'un groupe de touristes.
