One of the main archaeological museums of the country after the Bardo museum. It presents objects from the Roman period (mosaics, sculptures, pottery, bas-reliefs, lamps ...), Punic (sarcophagi, jars, ceramics, jewelry ...) and early Christian (funerary mosaics, epitaphs, lamps ...). Among the beautiful pieces: the collection of betyls and steles from the tophet of Salammbô, the marble sarcophagi discovered in the necropolis of Rabs, or the mosaic the Lady of Carthage.
