2 chambres à coucher, salon, cuisine américaine équipée, coin repas, vaisselle, salle de bain, gaz de ville, chauffage central, climatiseur au salon, tv satellite... d'une surface habitable de 62m² couvert et petite cour de 8m². peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 à 4 personnes.
proche de toutes les destinations, 20 mn du centre ville de tunis, 15mn de l'aéroport de tunis carthage, 3 mn du lycée gustave-flaubert (cailloux) la marsa . 5mn de sidi bou said. 10mn de carthage, 5mn de centre commercial carrefour et 10mn des berges du lac.
