Founded by Salem in 1936, the store Le Grand Salem, bought recently, has lost its notoriety and has only kept the name of the famous ice cream maker known for his mille-feuilles and sabayons. You have to go a little further and enter the store Le Petit Salem, taken over by the son, to taste the heritage of Salem's know-how.
