Madame Ghislaine cooks excellent pastries in her own home! You will find the heavy brown wooden door on your right, just after the mosque when coming from downtown, don't be afraid: ring the bell, you won't regret it! The specialty of Dar Ghezel ? The kâak warka, these Tunisian pastries made with almond powder and rosehip water, shaped like rings... Ministers even come from Tunis to buy this specialty of Zaghouan. A treat to buy and enjoy with your eyes closed!
