A rather empty cheese factory, but does it not say that quantity does not make quality? So enter and discover Sir Francesco, a Sardinian seventy-punk that alone deserves the detour. Two or three questions on its ricotta, provola or mozzarella, and you have left for its passionate explanations! A nice time, and good products to eat for the picnic.
