Aida Gmach Bellagha, a painter, ceramist, craftswoman and decorator whose family hails from Takrouna, decided to create a cultural tourism space at the top of the rock. Le Rocher Bleu features permanent exhibitions, a café and a pretty eco-museum. The name is a tribute to the late writer Tahar Guiga, a native of Takrouna. The site was closed due to falling rocks. It is hoped that restoration will enable the site to be reopened soon!
