Pleasant setting: spacious room with the heart of the address, its terrace. Four or five tables arranged in a quiet setting... Angelo D'Amico concocts here a good Italian cuisine, on the slate only and according to the arrival of the day. We often find the unavoidable flavors of the Botte, such as truffles, stocks, morels, parmesan, San Daniele, bresaola or Parma ham. On the fish side, we were seduced by the fillet of bass with fennel, very successful. An address which changes a little and which is good for you.
