Don't look for this restaurant in the medina, it's in the fish market opposite the port, and therefore outside the medina! The "misnamed" El Medina restaurant is a small, particularly affordable and local address where you can eat the classics of the Mahdia region: fish couscous, grilled fish or, for meat lovers, lamb chops. A tried-and-tested address for years, well known to visiting Tunisians and Mahdians alike. We highly recommend it!
