Left of the entrance to the site, a trail leads to the forum, several times modified over the centuries. It is accessed by the monumental doorway of Antonine, in the form of a three-berry arch, dedicated to Antonin the Pious and his two adoptive sons, Marc Aurèle (future emperor) and Lucius Verus. Dated 139 apr. This door is integrated into the fence wall (70 m x 67 m) surrounding the forum. All along this wall is supported by small rooms preceded by a portique portico.

At the bottom of the forum is what is undoubtedly a capitole dedicated to the three main deities of the Roman pantheon Jupiter, Junon and Minerve.

The main originality of Sbeïtla, this capitol is made up of three temples and not a temple filled with three chapels as desired by the classical layout. To preserve the unity of the three temples, access to the central temple, preceded by a tribune without stairs, is commanded by the two side temples.
