Occupying the buildings of the former consulate, it is a late 19th-century monument in the heart of Sfax.
The Maison de France pursues the mission of the French Cultural Center, namely the dissemination of French culture. A language center for young and old, a media library with almost 20,000 documents available, a center for studies in France (CEF) and a wide-ranging cultural program (concerts, shows, films, conferences, exhibitions, debates, etc.). Superb courtyard at the rear, with a pleasant café!
