The Hôtel des Vosges restaurant offers many specialties: couscous every first Wednesday of the month, leg of lamb on the spit every third Wednesday of the month (April to September), stuffed suckling pig every Sunday (February to March), cochonnailles meals from October to January and wild boar on the spit in summer! And here, the pleasure of the taste buds is combined with that of the eyes, all the more so from the magnificent veranda where you can watch the hinds and stags from the neighboring farm. The daily menus are perfect!
