Built in 1990 and renovated in 2008, Sahara Douz hotel has a pleasant site 3 km from the city center. It is 120 km from the airport of Tozeur, 100 km from Matmata and 150 km from Ksar Ghilane. The 153 rooms are quite pleasant and the reception very professional. The hotel has three swimming pools, one of which is indoor and one thermal, as well as a hammam. It also has all the services that one would expect from this category of hotels. To note: it is a modern and rather well kept establishment, very frequented by the groups.
