Without doubt the friendliest establishment in Matmata. In this traditional troglodytic dwelling, the rooms are dug right into the earth, giving the impression of sleeping in real caves, comfortable and perfectly furnished in harmony with the surroundings. In the evening, guests gather around the large table in the company of the friendly Habib, who knows the area inside out. Only the finest local produce is served. Intimacy, conviviality, absolute calm, a timeless experience - we recommend it. Table d'hôte by prior arrangement.
