KSAR ZAMMOUR
This ksar, visible from afar, boasts around 100 ghorfas, most of which have been restored. The elongated ksar covers an area of over 3,500 m² and can be seen from afar, planted at the top of a mountain overlooking the Oued Zammour valley. Its construction dates back to the 19th century, when it was built to replace other ksour that were falling into ruin. In the superb valley between Zammour and Ksar Halloud, known as the Vallée des Miradors, you'll see a wealth of agricultural jessour (terraced) development, punctuated by a rich heritage(ksar, citadels and troglodyte dwellings).
